Travel Program

AGES 10-12

This is a wakeboarding excursion for our most adventurous students! This program will take us to Imondi Wakezone and give us the chance to dive deep into the world of water sports with three days of intensive wakeboard lessons, guided instruction and the chance to work on our own flips and tricks. We will strap on our wakeboards and hold on tight as an overhead cable system swiftly pulls us across tranquil waters and over exciting obstacles. We’ll even play, jump, and bounce our way around Imondi’s massive inflatable water park. We’ll leave Imondi with epic skills and newfound talents. During our overnights, we will indulge in delicious camp cuisine, tell funny stories by the campfire, play hilarious group games and share our love for the great outdoors. Telluride Academy's Overnight Policy

Our talented instructors work hard to combat student homesickness on overnight programs. For many students, this experience might be their first time camping or away from home! In the days leading up to the overnight(s), the instructors have positive conversations with the groups to get them excited and prepared for their overnight adventures. This dynamic gets interrupted when a student is picked up early from their overnight. For this reason, we can not accommodate early pick-ups, unless in the case of an emergency. If your child does not want to attend the overnight, or if you have prior commitments that require early pick-up accommodations, we ask that you consider choosing a day program instead. Please call our office with any questions or concerns.
