Saddle up for an unforgettable week of adventure with Telluride Academy and Circle K Ranch!
We’ll kick things off in Telluride by meeting our crew, playing team-building games, and planning the tasty meals we’ll enjoy out on the ranch. Campers will get to know each other, pack up their gear, and get excited for the horseback adventure ahead!
On Tuesday, we’ll head down to Circle K Ranch for a double-overnight stay full of horses, sunshine, and Western fun. We’ll saddle up for half-day rides on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning—perfect for young riders who want time in the saddle and time to explore. When we’re not riding, we’ll brush and care for our horses, splash around by the river, play outdoor games, and roam the ranch’s wide-open spaces.
Horses may steal the show, but every moment of this Rodeo Rookies adventure is packed with fun, friends, and discovery!
*All participants must have cowboy boots (or shoes that protect the ankles and toes) and jeans to work with the horses.
