Get ready to dive into the dirt and take your mountain biking to the next level with Mud, Sweat, and Gears! This four-day, action-packed adventure is designed for intermediate to advanced riders who are eager to challenge themselves and have a blast along the way.

Throughout the camp, you’ll fine-tune your skills with hands-on workshops and then hit the legendary RAT Trails (Ridgway Area Trails) to put them to the test! Whether it’s powering up steep climbs, perfecting your cornering technique, or picking the perfect line through technical sections, you’ll be mastering it all while riding some of the best singletrack in Colorado.

Expect to get muddy, work up a serious sweat, and experience the thrill of both uphill endurance and high-speed descents. With the RAT trails offering diverse terrain and epic views, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to take your riding to new heights.

So, gear up for an unforgettable experience, and join us for Mud, Sweat, and Gears—the ultimate biking adventure on the RAT Trails!

Telluride Academy's Overnight Policy

Our talented instructors work hard to combat student homesickness on overnight programs. For many students, this experience might be their first time camping or away from home! In the days leading up to the overnight(s), the instructors have positive conversations with the groups to get them excited and prepared for their overnight adventures. This dynamic gets interrupted when a student is picked up early from their overnight. For this reason, we can not accommodate early pick-ups, unless in the case of an emergency. If your child does not want to attend the overnight, or if you have prior commitments that require early pick-up accommodations, we ask that you consider choosing a day program instead. Please call our office with any questions or concerns.
