Ready to launch into a week of sky-high adventure and creativity? Let’s Blast Off!

Blast Off is the ultimate camp for 8–10-year-olds who dream of rockets and space exploration. This action-packed week takes campers on an out-of-this-world journey into the exciting world of rocketry. Through hands-on activities, participants will explore the science of rocket design, aerodynamics, and propulsion, turning STEM learning into pure fun!

From sketching blueprints to building and customizing their very own model rockets, campers will collaborate, innovate, and create. The grand finale? A thrilling rocket launch where they’ll watch their creations soar into the sky, leaving them with unforgettable memories and a sense of accomplishment.

Join Blast Off for a week of imagination, exploration, and fun that’s truly out of this world!

Telluride Academy's Overnight Policy

Our talented instructors work hard to combat student homesickness on overnight programs. For many students, this experience might be their first time camping or away from home! In the days leading up to the overnight(s), the instructors have positive conversations with the groups to get them excited and prepared for their overnight adventures. This dynamic gets interrupted when a student is picked up early from their overnight. For this reason, we can not accommodate early pick-ups, unless in the case of an emergency. If your child does not want to attend the overnight, or if you have prior commitments that require early pick-up accommodations, we ask that you consider choosing a day program instead. Please call our office with any questions or concerns.
