Discover the Magic of Wolves with “Way of the Wolf”!
Have you ever felt the thrill of hearing a wolf’s howl or seeing one up close? Join Telluride Academy for an unforgettable adventure to Wolfwood Refuge, a wolf rehabilitation sanctuary near Durango dedicated to protecting and educating others about these incredible creatures.
You’ll get an up-close look at the wolves’ world, explore their sanctuary, and even participate in a meaningful service project to support the refuge’s mission. As the sun sets, we’ll camp under the stars, falling asleep to the enchanting sounds of wolves howling at the moon.
The adventure doesn’t end there! We’ll explore the stunning Weminuche Wilderness and the vibrant Durango area, and enjoy plenty of time taking in the beauty and fun at Lake Nighthorse and its inflatable Wibit aqua park. By week’s end, you’ll return to Telluride with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for these majestic animals.
