Immerse yourself in the rugged charm of our region as we dive headfirst into hands-on adventures that channel the lively spirit of the Old West above and around Telluride. Throughout the week, we’ll roam across scenic mesas, visit working ranches and local farms, and get an insider’s look at real ranch life.
We’ll spend our days rollin’ up our sleeves for some good old-fashioned rustlin’ and hustlin’—tending vegetable gardens, feeding friendly farm animals, and exploring where our food really comes from. A highlight of the week includes corral rides at Circle K Ranch, where campers will saddle up and learn the basics of horsemanship in a safe, exciting setting.
And because no Telluride Academy adventure is complete without our signature outdoor fun, we’ll mix in some classic TA activities like art, SUP/boating, and plenty of creative play in the sunshine.
